I created this layout using the BE YOU collection along with photos of my two daughters having a blast playing and dancing in the summer rain.
- I used the filter paper embellishments to create the fun flowers on this layout by cutting strips from the outside to the center point then folding those strips into the center creating the loops as the flower petals.
